Draw Mechanics

Entering a competition is straightforward:

1. Register an account on our website.

2. Choose the prize you’d like to win and purchase a ticket online or enter via postal mail.

3. Receive your ticket and wait for the live draw to see if you’re a winner!

Each competition has a fixed duration, and we do not extend competition deadlines. Check the Live Competitions page for each draw’s end date.

The draw will take place on the scheduled date, regardless of the number of tickets sold, and a winner will be chosen.

Draws are held on the specified date using either Google’s random number generator, our automatic number selector, or a ball machine. Instant win draws are completed with the automatic number selector once the end date arrives or when all tickets are sold—whichever occurs first. You can view the draw live on our Facebook page, and winners are announced on our website.

Our competitions are open to residents of the UK and the Republic of Ireland who are 18 years or older, except for members of the immediate families or households of the competition promoters.

We’ll contact you by email or phone within 24 hours after the draw. You can also check the results on our website and social media.

Tickets

Each competition has a set maximum number of tickets, which is displayed on the competition page and will not change.

The total number of tickets sold is visible on the competition page alongside the maximum number available.

Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an email with your ticket details.

Your odds depend on the number of tickets you purchase in relation to the total tickets available. For example, if you buy one ticket out of 300, your chance of winning is 1 in 300.

All ticket purchases are final and cannot be changed or refunded.

No problem! Use the “Forgot Password” feature on our website to reset your account.

Payment

Ticket prices are displayed on each competition’s page. We won’t adjust ticket prices once a competition has started, so all participants pay the same price.

Yes, we use secure, encrypted connections to protect your data. We also do not store your card details on our servers.
