1. The Promoter

2. The Competition
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website at https://www.ladyluckcompetitions.com.
2.2 The Promoter may offer different formats for the competitions. Subject to clause 2.3, an entry fee is payable each time you enter.
2.3 To be in with a chance of winning, everyone who enters the competition (an “Entrant”) will be required to correctly answer a question or solve a problem set by the Promoter (the “Competition Question”). Where the Promoter offers an easy or multiple-choice question or where the Promoter does not ask a Competition Question, a free entry route is available.
3. How to Enter
3.1 The competition will run from and include the opening and closing dates specified on the Website. These dates shall be referred to as the “Opening Date” and “Closing Date,” respectively. All times and dates referred to are the times and dates in London, England.
3.2 If necessary, the Promoter reserves the right to change the Opening and Closing Dates. If the Promoter does change the Opening Date and/or the Closing Date of a competition, the new details will be displayed on the Website. The Promoter will not extend the Closing Date simply to sell more entries.
3.3 All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the specified time on the Closing Date. Entries received after this time are automatically disqualified, and no refunds will be given.
3.4 If there is a maximum number of entries for a competition, this will be stated on the Website. The number of entries you are able to make may be limited if the maximum number is reached.
3.5 Entrants can enter the competition as many times as they wish until the maximum number of entries has been received. Entrants submitting free entries must submit each entry separately. Bulk entries will not be accepted and will only be counted as a single entry.
3.6 To enter the competition:
• Go to the Website and view the Competition Question, if there is one.
• Complete and submit the online entry form.
• Purchase the required number of entries.
• If applicable, submit your answer to the Competition Question.
3.7 All entries must be submitted in English. Entries in other languages will be disqualified, and no refund will be given.
3.8 The Promoter will send confirmation of your entry and confirm whether your answer to the Competition Question is correct.
3.9 The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are not successfully completed, are lost, or delayed, regardless of the cause.
3.10 By purchasing entries and submitting a competition entry, you are entering into a contract with the Promoter and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
3.11 Free Entry to Lady Luck Competitions
To enter the competition for free by post, please follow these instructions carefully:

• Separate Entries: Each free entry must be sent in a separate envelope.
• No Bulk Entries: Bulk entries or multiple entries in a single envelope will be treated as a single entry.
• Proof of Posting: Proof of posting does not guarantee entry into the draw.
• Hand-delivered Entries: Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted.
(d) Confirmation of Terms:
• By submitting an entry, you confirm your eligibility and acceptance of these terms.
Entries received after the Closing Date or exceeding any entry cap will not be entered into the random draw.
4. Choosing a Winner
4.1 All Entrants who correctly answer the Competition Question will be entered into a draw, and the winner will be chosen at random. If no Competition Question is asked, all Entrants will be entered into the draw. The draw will take place within 7 days of the Closing Date.
4.2 The winner’s name and entry number may be published on the Website and may be visible during the live draw. If you do not want your details included, contact the Promoter via email at info@ladyluckcompetitions.com.
5. Eligibility
5.1 The competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except:
• Employees of the Promoter.
• Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter.
• Members of the immediate families or households of the above.
5.2 By entering the competition, you confirm your eligibility. Proof of eligibility may be required.
5.3 The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are automatically generated or incomplete.
5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify Entrants who engage in conduct contrary to the spirit of the competition.
5.5 No refunds of the entry fee will be given, including if you later find out you are not eligible or are disqualified for any reason.
5.6 Entrants who engage in fraud, hacking, or any unauthorised use of the website may have their entries declared void.
6. The Prize
6.1 Details of the prize are described on the Website. Prizes are subject to availability.
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
6.3 Prizes may be supplied by a third party, and the Promoter is not responsible for the prize’s condition.
6.4 The Promoter may substitute the Prize for a cash prize in exceptional circumstances.
6.5 The Prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable.
7. Winners
7.1 The Promoter’s decision is final.
7.2 The winner will be contacted using the details provided with the competition entry. If the winner does not claim the Prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
7.3 The Promoter must either publish or make available the surname and county of major prize winners. If you object to this, contact the Promoter.
8. Claiming the Prize
8.1 The Prize must be claimed personally and may not be transferred to a third party.
8.2 If your contact details change, notify the Promoter as soon as possible.
8.3 Cash Prizes will be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank account. The winner must provide proof of ownership of the bank account.
8.4 The Promoter is not responsible if you are unable to take up the Prize.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury incurred as a result of taking up the Prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
10. Data Protection and Publicity
10.1 Your personal information will be used to administer the competition and as outlined in the Privacy Policy on our Website.
10.2 If you are the winner, you agree to your name, image, and county being used for publicity.
10.3 If you do not want your details used for publicity, notify the Promoter.
10.4 Further information or proof of identity may be required to claim the Prize.
10.5 You may request that your details be removed from the Promoter’s database, but this will disqualify you from the competition.
11. General
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
11.2 The Promoter may disqualify Entrants for violating these terms.
11.3 Competitions are not associated with Facebook or any other third-party platforms.
11.4 These terms are governed by English law.
11.5 You should print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions.
